18 yrs since last visit to Panama, I am thinking about coming down this fall with a friend. Would like to hit Toboga for a day or two then visit Bocas for a week or so. Any thoughts or helpful hints?

GREETINGS: MY HUSBAND AND I ARE THINKING OF MOVING TO OR NEAR BOQUETE; WE LIVE IN BOISE IDAHO PRESENTLY BUT WANT TO RETIRE BEFORE WE GET TO OLD TO HAVE FUN; WHAT IS THE HOUSING MARKET LIKE THERE AND IS IT TRUE THAT THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPT POLICY JUST CHANGED TO ONLY INCLUDE ALREADY EXISTING HOMES? ALSO DO YOU HAVE IDEAS OF WHICH AIRLINE TO TRAVEL TO PANAMA CITY OR IS IT BEST TO FLY INTO DAVID? WE ARE COMING AROUND DECEMBER 29. THANK YOU.

I am a U.S. citizen who is thinking about going to Panama to purchase some land for my wife (Panamanian citizen) in July or August of this year. This is going to be a surprise so I cannot tell her anything about it. I am looking for some land in the mountains (Approx 1/3 to 1/2 and acre) where I can put a house on in the near future. Any assistance you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Arnaldo

I would like to know if anyone have used this service and or have compared it to getting your tickets on line. It Would be nice to know. Also I am looking for a good florist in panama, where I may order flowers from the usa, for my mother who is in panama. So far I have been having a bad experience with delivery. I used to use 1-800flowers, but they do no longer deliver to panama because of delivery issues. It would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
