The Gringo enjoyed an excellent Neapolitan Salad with Chicken at Papis Restaurant in PC last week. Like always, the tomatoes in Panama are super fresh and tasty and the dressing is just right.
Tip 1: Get a table near the front door as it is an excellent people watching location.
Tip 2: If you like unsweetened ice tea, order something else – all they have is very very sweet ice tea.
