Apparently, in my phoning Cable Onda, a note was made that I wanted to make revisions to my service plan. I was contacted by a service rep over the phone, and told him what plans I wanted. He, in his roundabout way, didn’t actually give me the information that I needed!
Thankfully, though, I have the plans in hand from Yolanda, and have been able to figure out exactly what I need. So, the next time the service rep called I told him what was what, and he said they would make an appointment to come out and get my service all changed around. The appointment is set for March 3rd… I will let you know what happens then.
What I don’t particularly understand is why they need to come to my house to cancel my phone plan and change my TV package. I am also curious to see if they try and charge me for a new modem, like they did the last time I changed my internet service…
