In a happy turn of events, getting things worked out with my phone/internet plan at Cable Onda has been easier than I expected.
After I had the plans in hand that I wanted, all it took was getting in touch with the office. They said they could make changes to the internet and the TV plan over the phone, but canceling the house phone plan would have to be done in person at the office. Not ideally the way I like to take care of things, but hey, you do what you have to.
