The newest resource for English speaking expatriates is the Association of Retired English Speaking Expatriates in Panama (ARESEP).
The new organization has yet to have its first meeting but you can find them on the web (www.aresep.org) on Facebook and in a Yahoo Email
Group.
Don Winner from www.panama-guide.com is working on getting things together to plan a meeting for the newly founded English speaking expat association.
If you head over to the ARESEP website right now you can even have the chance to vote for which logo you like better for the association.
If you are looking to connect with other English Speaking Expats in Panama, this is the way to do it. Check out www.aresep.org and stay posted for more information.

I would like to get in touch with the Panama Expatriate Association. Is there a phone number I can call and a person I can speak to? Or an address to contact? Thank you.
Hi, I´ve just moved to Panama and realise that every little helps so I´ve decided to share this piece of information. Has anyone else heard about the promotion that Digicel are doing at the moment? You can buy 100 minutes talk time to the US and Canada for $1.99, all you have to do is dial *134#, it´s the same whether you have a contract or pre-paid phone. Just thought this might be useful for those calling home
